耐高溫性:由于納米陶瓷內筒是以SiC和A12O3為主體原料,經過2300℃高溫重新結晶制成,所以它的高溫性能經測試可以達到1500℃左右。
High temperature resistance The inner cylinder of nanometer ceramics uses SiC and A12O3 as main raw materials with the temperature hitting 2,300 degrees Celsius, so the inner cylinder can work long time in the temperature of 1,500 degrees Celsius
耐磨性:由于采用重結晶技術SiC和Al2O3納米陶瓷具有很高強度,莫氏硬度達到≥9。
Abrasion resistance The rigidity of nanometer ceramics is high with special technology, and mohs hardness is greater than or equal to 9.
高險蝕性:由于SiC和Al2O3納米陶瓷經高溫燒制而成,高溫化學性能穩定,是一種無機功能材料,具有很強的耐酸堿及各種復雜氣體腐蝕能力。
Corrosion resistance As an inorganic functional material, nanometer ceramics have very good chemical properties in high temperature conditions, and excellent acid-alkali corrosion resistance.
抗結皮:SiC和Al2O3納米陶瓷高溫化學性能穩定,與氧化鈣等酸堿物質不產生任何化學反應,避免了水泥原料(氧化鈣)結垢在上面的現象。
Skinning resistance Nano-ceramics has very good chemical properties in high temperature conditions,and has good acid-alkali corrosion resistance. Therefore, it’s difficult for cement to scale on the surface of nano-ceramics.
重量輕:SiC和Al2O3比重輕為300kg/立方米,而耐熱鋼為8000Kg/立方米,一套陶瓷內簡的重量只是耐熱鋼重量的1/3左右,經專涼計算,一般預熱塔一至五級筒,使用耐熱鋼內筒總重量為80t左右,而用陶瓷內簡只有20t左右,使預熱塔重量減輕了60t噸左右,預計可延長整體預熱塔壽命10年左右。
Light weight The weight of a refractory steel cylinder is three times as the weight of an inner cylinder of nano-ceramics. In generally, the inclusion of inner cylinder of nano-ceramics in preheater tower will eliminate 60t weight and increase of service life for 10 years.
熱震穩定性能好:由于SiC和Al2O3納米陶瓷導熱性能好,熱膨脹系數小,具有抗熱性能好,耐冷熱急變可達50次以上,結構合理,優化模塊化掛節:施工方便,可降低勞動強度,減少施工時間及維修費用。
Excellent thermal shock stability Nano-ceramics has small thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal stability. As a result, the nano-ceramics can pass through 50 times of high and low temperature testing.
